Policy
If merchandise is not operating according to
specifications you might have a defective product
which would be covered under the manufacturer's
warranty. Defective products can be returned for
exchanges only. Other returns are subject to aforementioned
restocking and shipping charges. Each manufacturer
has its own policies and procedures that must
be followed precisely, therefore, the manufacturer
must be contacted for instructions. NOTE: distinction
must be made between damaged and defective merchandise
in order to handle the matter properly and timely.
All items carry a 30 day guarantee (excluding
shipping charges). Generally, the minimum charges
imposed on all returned items would be shipping
charges plus between 10 to 25% of the order total
(the 10-25% covers restocking and credit card
fees imposed by our bank to us for the transactions).
That means you would get your money back, minus
the shipping charges that we paid and 10-25%.
The fees vary due to different fees charged by
different manufacturers and vendors. We will always
do our best to pass on the lowest re-stocking
fee to the customer.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND CREDITED UNLESS
THE BUYER HAS RETAINED AN RMA NUMBER FROM US.
Again, we would like to reiterate, that ALL RETURNED
ITEMS MUST BE CLEARED THROUGH OUR COMPANY! Sending
back an item without an RMA # will NOT be issued
any credit/refund.
If you cancel your order after your item(s) has
left our warehouse, you will be responsible for
all shipping and restocking charges. (NOTE** Tracking
numbers are not always available immediately at
the time of shipment).
Items returned after 30 days will NOT be accepted.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE CLEARED THROUGH OUR
COMPANY! Sending back an item without an RMA #
will NOT be issued any credit/refund. Unsubstantiated
charge-backs on credit cards purchases, may incurr
additional bank processing fees.
1) Products that are determined to be defective
from the manufaturer must be in original factory
carton with all original packing materials to
be exchanged.
2) ALL miscellaneous materials, such as manuals,
accessories, cables, must be included. If any
of these items are missing, we will bill you accordingly.
3) All returns MUST be shipped freight prepaid.
Products received freight collect, without a RMA
number, not approved for returns, or not meeting
our criteria will be refused.
