Infrared Detection System
Ultramax can be equipped with our unique Infrared
System. This feature enables the Ultramax to
sense pool walls or obstacles with an invisible
beam of light. This option is useful for pools
with highly polished tile walls.
Bulkhead Avoidance System
This infrared system is designed to work in
pools with bulkheads. The cleaner will sense
the bulkhead and reverse direction
"Zero Depth" Air Sensor
If your Ultramax is to be used in its "automatic"
cleaning mode in a pool with a Zero depth end,
the cleaner can be equipped with a zero-depth
sensor. This option senses when the unit is
no longer fully submerged in water and reverses
the direction of the unit. The Air Sensor is
available only on the Ultramax (not Ultramax
Jr).
Super Climbing Brushes
These are special brushes, designed for use
in polished tile pools.
